Glenn Allen Raines, 80, of Mount Sterling, Ill., died January 27, 2025, at the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy. Cremation will be accorded. Service will be February 1, at 11 a.m., in the Hendricker Funeral Home in Mount Sterling. Inurnment will follow in the Mt. Sterling City Cemetery with military honors conducted at the graveside by the Mt. Sterling American Legion Post #374 and the United States Air Force Funeral Honors Detail. Visitation will be February 1, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the funeral home.
