"Shorty" Harold Dowell, 68, of Monroe City, Mo., died July 1, 2024, at his home in Monroe City. Funeral Ceremony will be at 10 a.m., July 6, at the O'Donnell-Thurman Life Celebration Home in Monroe City. Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery in Center, Mo. Visitation will be July 5, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
